Loaf Osos joins Bread Bike!

I am super excited to share that I will be merging my business with Bread Bike of San Luis Obispo. I have been best baking buddies with the founder, Sam DeNicola, since he started his own cottage bakery around the same time I did in 2019. We have grown in parallel ways since then and have decided to team up under Bread Bike going forward. Along the way, Mariah Grady has joined Sam in leading the business. Together, all three of us will pursue our shared vision of a regional grain economy, fresh milled flours, and artisanal baked goods. Our love for sourdough and community fuels us to build our own bakery and gathering space!

The road to our own space is long and arduous. For the time being, we are renting bakery space in SLO. Please follow along on Instagram (@bread.bike) as well as the Bread Bike website found here as we follow our dreams for the community and ourselves. I am super excited for this next chapter in my baking career. Thank you to all who have supported Loaf Osos over these past couple years! You are the reason we are able to serve our community in this way.

Gratefully,

Matt Gamarra
