COTTAGE FOOD OPERATION

My microbakery falls under the Cottage Food Bill (AB-1252), also known as the California Homemade Food Act. My permit from San Luis Obispo County allows me to produce and sell my bread products from my home kitchen in Los Osos. All of my products are made with care and an attention to sanitary and safe procedure. If you have any questions regarding this aspect of my business, please feel free to email loafosos@gmail.com with any questions and/or concerns.

Because I am a one person operation, I cannot accommodate individual orders outside of the days/places you will find my bread. Please refer to the weekly timetable on the front page of this website for where you can find me and/or my bread. Submitting your email at the bottom of this website is the best way to receive up-to-date news and weekly menus.
